migrate chats

The viral platform well-known for messaging WhatsApp owned by Facebook is soon to launch an update that will let users migrate chats between Android and IOS devices.

The feature was first reported by WABetaInfo. The migrate chat feature will save a lot of time for its users if they are thinking to switch between iOS and Android swiftly. The feature will also let users use WhatsApp over multiple devices at the same time.

A lot of time is said to be consumed before the arrival of the feature as it is said to be a time taking process and a lot of work has to be done on the backend.

The screenshot covered in the story by WABetaInfo shows us that any time soon the update in Android and iOS will enable the migrate chat feature.

Updating the app for the upcoming feature would be really essential when the user tries to link a device having a different operating system. There is no official date mentioned for the arrival of the feature within the app as the company is still working on the feature.

There are many other third-party apps that can be used as a medium to migrate chats and other data between the app but that is believed to invite data breaches.
