In the recent news, the crime wing of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Multan arrested a scamming group of people running YouTube channels teaching black magic online in a bid to spread the influence of black magic among people. The YouTube channels were running a business of providing a complete course on black magic, according to reports. The crime authority blocked over a dozen channels and also arrested the group that handled them.
The Scamming Gang Practiced Black Magic Using Owl’s Blood and Meat
The scamming gang belongs to the Jatoi area of Muzaffargarh and is also proclaimed to be an expert in practicing black magic, using owl blood and meat. The agency is tracking the whereabouts of the said scamming group. “The FIA learned the gang operated from their studios at Mehrab Hotel in Jatoi. Those running the channels include Mehr Ghulam Mustafa, Muhammad Shahbaz, Jahangir Akhtar, Amir Raza, Irfan Shah, and Muhammad Shah”.
The Suspects Have Acquired Million of Rupees from Their Customers
The suspects from the scamming group have acquired millions of rupees from their supposed business of teaching black magic online on YouTube and other social media platforms. The group also solved problems being faced by people, the report said. Their customers usually included people with love-marriage problems and those desiring to have children. Moreover, the gang also blackmailed female customers by taking their pictures and making videos, asking for money. The group became suspect after it suddenly began living a lavish life.
The FIA registered a case against the suspects under sections 419, 420, 468, and 471 of the Pakistan Penal Code, sections 3, 4 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and 4, 17, and 21 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016. According to the FIA report, the gang used techniques to receive cash from the clients.
