Moreover, Elon Musk said that SpaceX was reprioritized to cyber defense, and overcoming signal jamming, will cause slight delays in Starship & Starlink V2. Earlier this week, the SpaceX chief warned that there is a high chance that its Starlink could be “targeted” in Ukraine, which the Russian invaded last week.

In addition to the instructions to block Russian news, tech giants including Apple, Google, Microsoft, Twitter, YouTube, Meta, and several other tech platforms have already restricted several Russian news comprising RT and Sputnik, in the wake of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Furthermore, Elon Musk on Friday cautioned Ukrainians to utilize the Starlink satellite system with caution as his commercial Internet network can be targeted by Russians and hamper the entire system at work.
Elon Musk Calls for an Immediate Increase in Oil and Gas Production
As a non-Russian communications system, the Starlink satellite internet service has a “high” probability of being targeted, Elon Musk had said. Meanwhile, the Tesla Founder called for a prompt increase in oil and gas production around the world because endurable solutions cannot replace Russian output. “Hate to say it, but we need to increase oil & gas output immediately,” Musk wrote on Twitter on Friday.
“Extraordinary times demand extraordinary measures.” Elon Musk added that although boosting oil and gas production would affect Tesla negatively, sustainable energy solutions cannot respond instantaneously to make up for Russian oil and gas exports.
