The Galaxy A71 brings an excellent amount of upgrades over its predecessor. It is one of that mid-range smartphones that doesn’t burn a hole in their pocket but still offers a high-end experience. The Galaxy A71 5G is flat in the front, with a curved plastic back panel. It measures 6.3 by 3.0 by 0.3 inches (HWD) and weighs 6.5 ounces. The back panel is constructed of plastic, while, the high-gloss finish looks great, it quickly attracts fingerprints. On the top, you can find a hybrid SIM slot, while a speaker, a USB-C charging port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack sit on the bottom. The left side is bare, while the volume rocker and multifunction power/Bixby button are on the right. The box packs a 25W fast charger with a USB-C to USB-C cable and 3.5mm earphones.
Under the hood, A71 packs an octa-core processor and 6GB of RAM, in case the phone runs out of space, the Galaxy A71 also has a MicroSD slot that supports cards up to 512GB. A large camera module adorns the upper left corner of the rear, where you’ll spot four lenses and a flash. The smartphone sports a 64MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, a 5MP macro lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. The front-facing camera clocks in at 32MP.
