Samsung has revamped its next-generation A-series, kicking off with Galaxy A10, which sports the most talked-about Infinity-V display and many other interesting specs. The smartphone targets bloggers’ communities who aim at good pictures/video quality and huge battery life. It is a mid-range smartphone and also a cheaper alternative to the S series. A10s retains the same screen size as its sibling, 6.2in display with 1520×720 resolution. The highly discussed Infinity-V display offers an immersive experience for gaming or just simply watching any videos. The glossy finish at the back makes it non-slippery and it also does not attract fingerprints, while the curved edges give a good grip on the hands. The volume rockers and SIM tray sit on the left while the right edge has a power button. At the bottom, there’s a single down-firing speaker, mic, MicroUSB port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The smartphone is powered by a Mediatek Helio P22 MT6762 chipset, coupled with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. Despite the chipset, the device runs smoothly although it can be problematic for high-quality games. In terms of battery, the A10s is fueled by a 4000mAh battery, that can keep up with you all day, whether you are gaming, streaming, or broadcasting live, as per Samsung’s claim. The smartphone houses a dual-camera setup that features a 13-megapixel main camera and a two-megapixel depth camera. While the front camera sports an 8 MP selfie shooter. The A10s also adds a security sensor in the rear of the device: a fingerprint scanner, that allows users to set a biometric lock on phone to protect sensitive user information.
