iPhone 6s
The Apple iPhone 6S is one of the oldest smartphones of the Apple lineup with a faster quad-core processor, a brighter screen, longer battery life and a superior camera. The 64-bit A9 processor in the device is 70 percent faster at CPU tasks and 90 per cent faster at GPU tasks than the A8 processor in the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. The price of the iPhone 6S in Pakistan is Rs.54,500.
General Specifications of iPhone 6S
The iPhone 6S is a fraction fatter and heavier than the previous model, measuring 7.1mm thick and weighing 143g compared to the iPhone 6’s 129g, 6.9mm chassis that comes with 4.7 and 5.5-inch Retina displays. Apple says its chassis is now made from 7,000 series aluminium while its new glass panel uses a special ion-exchange process to help make it less susceptible to cracks and scratches. The front of the phone is now covered in a new level of strength, with a glass that’s far less prone to shattering when dropped on the floor.
The most appealing camera-based feature available for the iPhone 6s Plus is Live Photos, a feature that captures 1.5 seconds of movement before and after a photo is taken to display short animations and sound when a 3D Touch gesture is used on an image. The Touch ID fingerprint sensor under the home button is much quicker than Apple’s previous phones, unlocking in under a second and recognising thumb impression 99% of the time. Apple says that its A9 processor is twice as fast as the A8 in the iPhone 6, and it’s the fastest iPhone.
