Facebook is now launching new messaging and business tools for the companies and brands to discover and chat with potential customers on its social platform, as announced by the social media company on Thursday.

The latest new messaging and business tools will help Facebook to become a leader in digital advertising, offer personalized shopping experiences to its users, stated Karandeep Anand, vice president of business products at Facebook.


Facebook to Integrate WhatsApp in its App for the Users in India and Brazil 


Furthermore, businesses will now be able to add a button on their Instagram profiles to allow people to send a WhatsApp message to the company with one click. Combining WhatsApp is especially necessary for clients in countries such as India and Brazil, where the Facebook-owned messaging app is extensively used, Anand asserted.

In addition to this, Facebook said it will start testing the ability for brands to send emails through Facebook Business Suite, a feature that enables businesses to manage their appearance across the social media site’s apps, in order to simplify how businesses, reach consumers.


WhatsApp Is Now Working on an In-App Business Directory


Moreover, the company will also test new work accounts to allow employees to manage business pages without requiring them to log in with their personal accounts. The latest business messaging and business tools comes a day after WhatsApp started testing a new feature in São Paulo, Brazil, to allow users to find shops and services through a directory in the app for the first time, part of an effort to bolster e-commerce on the service.
